At first, with everyone telling me how strong I was – and free from my TAR (Toxic Abusive Relationship) I was sure I was going to be superwoman and skyrocket to stardom.
I had some success, but it was inconsistent.
I had some success, but it was inconsistent. I was overworking, under-earning and really burning myself out.
I kept sabotaging myself, often in very subtle ways
I kept sabotaging myself, often in very subtle ways.I couldn’t see how my unconscious habits from the past were leading to paralyzing self-doubt, and fueling procrastination and poor decision making.
Even after understanding the continuing influence of the TAR – I couldn’t tear down the blocks on my own.
That’s where Patrysha has made such a huge impact. I’ve known her as a brilliant writer and publicist, but have come to find her truly talented as a Triumph coach and am grateful for her guidance in matters of business and emotional healing.
As a result of our sessions, I am learning to trust my intuition and re-discover my strengths. I’m facing life and business with confidence and determination
As a result of our sessions, I am learning to trust my intuition and re-discover my strengths. I’m facing life and business with confidence and determination while learning to show myself grace and to silence my inner critic with discernment. What I love best about the Triumph coaching experience is her patience and no-pressure guidance. Rather than subscribing to a “you have to do it this way or it’s wrong” attitude, which I have experienced with other business coaches, Patrysha acts as a partner in the journey who shares her experiences and knowledge without pressure. Truly without pressure. She leaves me feeling capable and in-charge in of my own destiny. Not like a loser for not conforming to her system of success. It’s very freeing and very effective! I’m bringing the best of me to each day.
I do want to share my story of Patrysha with you because I can’t imagine having made it through these blocks so quickly without her help
I have a long way to go before I’m ready to declare success and I am not ready to come forward with my story, and let the world know my marriage was a TAR – so I am not leaving my full name, but I do want to share my story of Patrysha with you because I can’t imagine having made it through these blocks so quickly without her help, and if you’re a survivor who wants to be an entrepreneur I can’t recommend her enough.
